Eligibility
MUTUAL is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 18. Age is self-reported and is not government-verified.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and the accuracy of your profile. One person, one account. Automated or duplicate accounts are prohibited.
Matches & reveals
A mutual match is created only when two members independently like each other; matches and messaging between matches are free. Reveal credits unlock the identity of a specific member who has liked you. Reveals remain available subject to blocking, account deletion and safety enforcement.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are added only after Stripe confirms payment. Premium renews monthly until you cancel renewal; benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and applicable law; refunded credits are removed from your balance.
Conduct & enforcement
You must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content, suspend or ban accounts that violate them.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Some payment records are retained to meet legal and financial obligations.
